For the past 10 years I have been 80% plant based. However, in the past year I have decided to take my heart more serious.
I am looking for other people who eat food to collaborate with. I am not your average vegan, if there is such a thing. I do not consume oil, nuts, or veggies know to be high in fat such as Avocados. I also don’t care if you eat meat in moderation but want to learn to eat more plant based food. Most of my recipes can easily have an animal protein on the side, but be warned I will discuss why that animal protein is not necessary to a good meal.
I love to cook and have developed a number of recipes this year that I would like share and receive feedback on. My ultimate goal is to be able to create a community for people who are struggling with heart disease, menopause, busy lives and other conditions that food may be able to help with.
